The selection and implementation of a hydro-optical communication connection for real-time position tracking remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) in underwater settings are the main topics this research article. For variety applications, including pipeline maintenance, environmental research, undersea infrastructure inspection, effective monitoring control ROVs is essential. Due to signal attenuation interference, conventional techniques difficult use aquatic environments. To get over these restrictions, communication, which sends light messages through water, presents viable option. paper examines current methods technology, pointing out their benefits drawbacks. It deals with technical needs setting up trustworthy channel location ROVs. ensure accurate timely data delivery, an appropriate protocol created. also demonstrates smooth operation ROV's navigation system. suggested method put into practise tested safe environments order assess how well it works at pinpointing Among performance indicators evaluated rate, range, energy efficiency. results study help advance area make easier monitor manage applications.
